We work on a simple principle: earn trust through service, and keep it through consistency. So reviews here will only ever come from travellers who actually flew with us. As our first departures return, they will appear on this page — named, and with their permission.

Things first-time pilgrims ask
How long does the Umrah visa take?
Umrah visas are usually issued within 3 to 7 working days once we have your passport, photographs and completed form. We apply as soon as your booking is confirmed, so the visa is rarely the thing that delays a departure.
Can women travel for Umrah without a Mahram?
Saudi rules now allow women aged 45 and above to travel without a Mahram provided they travel with an organised group. Below that age a Mahram is still required. We will tell you plainly which applies to you rather than taking a booking we cannot fulfil.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Your group leader is on the ground and stays with the group. We rebook affected passengers and cover the hotel gap where the delay is the airline’s responsibility. The precise position is set out in writing in your booking terms before you pay.
How much should I budget beyond the package price?
Plan for passport fees, travel insurance, Qurbani if you intend to perform it, laundry and personal spending. Our package pages list exclusions as prominently as inclusions so there is nothing to discover later.
Do I pay the full amount upfront?
No. A deposit confirms your seat, with the balance due before ticketing. Payments are collected only to the Zawad Tourism Private Limited company account — we never ask for a transfer to a personal account.
How close are the hotels to the Haram, really?
Every hotel we use has its measured distance published on its own page, in metres, along with the walking time. If a property is 800 m away we say 800 m.
